1. What is an affiliate marketing program?
An affiliate program is a pay-per-performance partnership between two online entities allowing website owners to advertise the Tropicana Las Vegas brand to their sites’ audience. Tropicana Las Vegas pays the site’s owner a commission based on the site’s completed stay sales performance.

2. What is a “completed stay”?
This means that customers have both booked a reservation AND actually followed through with a reservation to checkout.

  • For example, John visited WEBSITE A and saw a banner advertising a special on hotel rooms. John clicks the banner, makes a reservation and visits the hotel the following week. Once John leaves the hotel, this is considered a consumed transaction or a “completed stay.”

    The program is open to people/ businesses with live and fully operational websites. See content restrictions here.

    5. After I apply, how long will it take for me to be approved into the program?
    The approval process usually takes up to 10 days, after which you can access your subscribed network and begin promoting the Tropicana Las Vegas.

    6. Can website owners outside of the U.S. apply?
    Yes, the Hilton Worldwide Affiliate Program has a global reach and currently accommodates websites in the Americas and Europe.

    7. Why should I join the program? What’s in it for me?
    Affiliate partners receive 4% base commission on each completed stay, plus many other benefits. Follow this page for more details.

    8. How much does it cost to join the affiliate program?
    It’s absolutely free to join. There is never a charge to affiliates for partnering with Tropicana Las Vegas!

    9. What are the expectations after I join the Hilton Worldwide Affiliate Program?
    You will be expected to maintain an active website or email distribution with Hilton (Tropicana Las Vegas-specific) sales and packages.

    10. Do I have to make my own banners and links?
    Tropicana Las Vegas and Hilton Worldwide will provide specific deep-linked banners and hyperlinks to you via your affiliate network. If you would like a personalized banner, please email TLV_Affiliates@PNGaming.com with the details.

    11. Is there a minimum quota I would have to meet?
    Performance is in your hands! You have unlimited possibilities but no minimum requirement.

    12. How do I know what I have sold and the commissions I’ve earned?
    This information will be provided to you each month via your affiliate network.

    13. How much can I earn in commissions?
    Commissions start at 4% for qualified consumed bookings that you generate. See complete details here.

    14. Can I apply if my website is not live yet?
    No. The affiliate program is for websites that are already live. You will need to submit an application when your site is public so the content can be reviewed for acceptance.

    15. Can I cancel at any time?
    Yes, send a cancellation email to TLV_Affiliates@PNGaming.com with your website URL, the network you’re subscribed to and user ID. When you cancel, you will also need to remove all TropLV content from your webpage.

    16. Are Hilton Worldwide Corporation employees eligible to join?
    No. Employees, contractors of HWW and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and housemates) are strictly prohibited from participating in the program.

    17. Where should I put links?
    Consider placing banners and links in the high-traffic areas of your web pages—for example, top banners have great visibility to website visitors. Make all links and banners easily accessible to your audience to help support likely bookings.

    18. Which special offers should I choose to promote?
    You have the choice to select your most desired Tropicana Las Vegas special offer, but think about which offer would most interest your audience. Showing your audience relevant offers will help increase your conversions.

    19. How often should I change the promotion banners?
    Tropicana Las Vegas is constantly changing offers. Check with your affiliate network often to see if there are new offers that would interest and catch the attention of your audience.

    20. Are all transactions commissionable? Which aren’t?
    There are certain “special rates” that are deemed non-commissionable and these include group rates, member discounts and corporate rates. These sales will be declined at the end of the month of stay.
    Some hotels in the HWW portfolio have opted out of the affiliate program and as a result you will not earn a commission on these hotels. Sales will track but be declined or approved at 0% commission for Hilton Grace Inn Lecce and Hampton by Hilton Berlin City West.

    21. What about return days?
    The Hilton Worldwide Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commission on completed bookings from their site within a 7-day return period.
