If you’re looking for a Las Vegas meeting venue to host your corporate meeting or event, you should definitely consider our all-new conference center. The Tropicana conference center, which is conveniently located steps away from the Club Tower guestrooms, offers more than 100,000 square feet of customizable meeting and exhibition space. The fact that it can host Las Vegas events of nearly any size – from intimate gathering to large events for well over 3,500 guests – has made the Tropicana convention space the ideal venue for meeting planners everywhere.
We’re thrilled to announce the deployment of new Wi-Fi technology, including enhanced wired and wireless Internet access, which will be available throughout our convention and exhibition space starting March 2015. Also, we’re expanding the Pavilion! We recently announced a March 2015 completion date for construction to expand the Pavilion and increase our resort’s total meeting and convention facilities to 100,000 square feet. The new 30,000-square-foot Pavilion area will offer 11 separate breakout rooms, many with up to 16-foot ceilings, and will feature new private restrooms as well as new escalators. Once the addition is complete, the Trinidad Pavilion as a whole will provide nearly 55,000 square feet of meeting space that will be able to accommodate larger groups that can be entirely self-contained in the space!

Our Las Vegas boardroom, Churchill, is the ideal ambiance for smaller business gatherings – from high-powered breakfast meetings to executive retreats. This 700-square-foot space is elegantly appointed with modern amenities and is perfect for hosting groups of up to 45 guests.
Located on the second floor of the Club Tower you will find our Ashton rooms. These intimate Las Vegas meeting rooms can accommodate groups from 10-70, depending on the setup. Our Ashton rooms also have private his-and-her restrooms and natural light.
For larger events, select one of our upscale ballrooms that are a great choice for tradeshows and large social events. Partagas is a 3,328-square-foot space that can seat up to 380 guests and is divisible into three breakout rooms. Montecristo offers 4,402 square feet of meeting space that can seat up to 500 and breaks into four smaller rooms. Cohiba is an elegant 25,000-square-foot venue that can accommodate up to 2,700 guests and is divisible into 11 breakout rooms.
The Trinidad Pavilion currently offers 25,000-square feet of pillarless space, which is ideal for hosting general sessions, large-scale food and beverage functions, various attractions and sporting events, and can accommodate up to 2,700 attendees. It also has convenient ground-level access and abundant parking.
