There is so much more to a steakhouse than just serving a great cut of meat. Take the ambiance, for example, or the service. The same could be said for a seafood restaurant. At Tropicana, we wanted to introduce guests to completely new Las Vegas seafood and steakhouse experience – one that includes all of these elements – and this is achieved with Biscayne® Steak, Sea and Wine.
The objective was to reinterpret a classic steakhouse and create an atmosphere of casual elegance. At the entrance of this steakhouse on the Las Vegas Strip, you will encounter a luxurious indoor patio seating area with dark hardwood flooring and plush white lounge seats – perfect for enjoying a glass of wine before dinner. These are surrounded by an assortment of tables; some wrapped in crisp white linens and others elegant wood pub tables with bistro seats that are accented by grapevine centerpieces and finishing salts.
For those who would prefer to dine inside Biscayne® restaurant, just pass through the white plantation-shutter doors into the dining room. This softly lit space features the same hardwood flooring and tables draped in white linens with flickering votive candles. Other décor highlights include lofty stylish vases and innovative nautical artwork.

Biscayne® offers a variety of sizzling cuts and fresh seafood. We highly recommend that you start your meal with our most popular appetizer – our Lamb Eggplant Tacos
(tomato poblano jam and goat cheese). For an entrée, choose from an assortment of steak, chicken and seafood dishes, or if you just can’t decide, why not do a combination?
We suggest the Dry Aged Bone-in Filet (dry aged 7 days) or 16-ounce Ribeye (dry aged 28 days), the Seafood Pasta (lobster, shrimp, scallops, halibut, truffle lobster cream and clams) or the Mediterranean Spice Rubbed Chicken (half organic chicken and deconstructed hummus).
Complete your dinner with a rich dessert such as our Jack Daniel’s Mousse or the Deconstructed Banana Cream Pie.
