As you are working with clients to arrange the Tropicana Las Vegas vacation of their dreams, you may have questions regarding the amenities and services that we offer. To make it as easy as possible for you to find the answers to your questions, we have compiled a list of our most frequent questions!
General Travel Agent FAQ
Do you offer special travel agent rates?
Yes! Save up to 20% on room rates when you call 1.800.462.8767 and mention code TRL or visit TropLV.com and add TRL to the promotion/offer code. Some restrictions apply.
Do you offer commission?
We do! Travel agents earn 10% commission.
Additionally, you can earn commission on Tropicana LV Weddings booked at our resort! Commission starts at 15% of the wedding package price, with the opportunity to earn an additional 6% on pre-ceremony add-ons such as floral arrangements and decorations, photography and more.
How many rooms are required for a “group”?
A “group” constitutes 10 or more rooms.
What is the approximate deposit fee percentage for my group?
25% based on your group size.
Once the group is confirmed, is there a cancellation penalty fee?
There is no fee if the group is cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival. After that time, a penalty will apply.

What time is check-in?
Guests are invited to check in beginning at 3pm.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 11am.
Is late checkout available?
We allow late checkouts based on the occupancy of the hotel for the day you are requesting the late checkout. Please inquire at the Front Desk the day of departure to see if a late checkout will be available, and if so, how late you can stay in the room. If available, we will allow you to stay as late as noon without a fee. If you check out between 1pm and 5pm, there will be additional charges. If you stay after 5pm, we charge a full day’s rate.
What is the maximum number of people allowed in a hotel room?
Up to four guests can stay in our Deluxe hotel rooms.
Do you allow pets?
We allow service animals only.
Is there shuttle service from the airport?
Airport shuttle service is not provided by the hotel. Advance reservations can be made for your own shuttle transportation and for your clients. View Shuttle and Taxi Information

How much is valet parking?
Free! Advise your clients that gratuity for exemplary service is discretional.
